  • Department of Homeland Security Transportation Security Administration (TSA) - Assisted the IT Specialist with the transport of TSA procured UPS hardware, UPS accessories and surge suppressors from the on-site storage location to the point of installation, assisted with the installation, configuration and disposition of all UPS hardware, UPS accessories and surge suppressors. UPS accessories include network management cards, manual bypass hardware, rails, step-down transformers, extended run-time frames and associated patch cables

  • POS/Applications Training & Support on Site - Provided POS Training and Onsite support for 13 stores within the PSK chain located throughout New York Metropolitan area, Trained End-Users (cashiers) on new POS Register Systems, Trained Bookkeepers and Customer Service Agents on new applications and Procedure, and Managers on New Security Surveillance system. Provided level 1 Desk side Support as a First Responded onsite.

  • PSK Business and IT Training for Customer Service agents, Bookkeeper & Management –Traveled to and supported all end users throughout NYC and tri-state area. Worked with P.O.S. Vendors as-well as employees and management on new systems upgrade. Provided Specialized training for Bookkeepers, Customer Services agents, Online shoppers, and Managements using new Operating System, devices, handhelds, Applications, and Surveillance.

  • Windows OS Migration (XP, 7, 10, Laptops and AIO) - Responsible for installing, maintaining and moving computer and printer hardware, Setting up workstations and imaging machines during a move, Work with end-users to ensure the desired image PC applications and files are working properly. Migrated end user data files Documents, Desktop, Favorites, & PST’s to new machines. Configure end user accounts, email, Archives (PST’s), applications, Mapped shared drives and printers, Added asset tags, domain, Work-groups and patches.  Provided Training to user on new OS platform.

  • Printer Rollout/Refresh - Assist Senior desktop lead with printer refresh project. Assisted with the rolling-out, installation, setup, and configuration and testing of over 40 Multi-function printers, local printers, network printers. Mapped end-users with new printers and scan folders.

  • Kronos Time clock - Work with vendors to schedule and supervise multiple cable drops in secure facility. Replaced all old devices with new POE devices, Worked with headquarters to setup and configure multiple checkpoints and static IP addresses,  Trained Higher management on how to use new time clocks.

  • Active Directory & Inventory Management- Managed and Moved PC in correct Organization Unit as well as record and log all retired workstation. Managed Change gear system (CMDB) to match the number of machines that are in the domain controller for auditors reports

  • Cvent in the box- Provide training and support for department’s at Israel Discount Bank for an event that was hosted in Rockefeller Center. Configured Ipads, Zepra printers and wireless network, responsible for training and supporting user’s.

  • Lunch and learn- was responsible for multiple lunch and learns within the company that was hosted from the Guggengeim Partners Santa Monica Office and was broadcast live to all users in the firm. Was responsible for working, preparation and execution of events. Worked with other IT members to set up Conference rooms in conjunction with live streams

  • Town-hall training- Responsible for setting up and preparing 40 laptops for townhall event for two weeks. Setup room and image according to what was needed by management and host.

  • Good UEM Migration to Blackberry UEM- Migrated from discontinued Good platform to new Blackberry UEM platform. Created Users in UEM and assisted setups for 300+ users.

  • PST file migration- Migrated all users PST from local workstation to new shares, remapped all users in outlook to point to new shares.

  • Share file Migration- Updated and pointed all network drives from old servers in NY to new shares in NJ for a seamless, transparent attempt. Modified all shortcuts and mapped drives through the Registry remotely without disrupting

  • Print/scanner Migration- Modified all printers and scanners at Idbbank to point to new server in remote locations.

  • Tiffany server migration - Assisted senior system engineer to deployed and migrated over 200+ POS Server/ File server/ Hybrid server/ Print Server in a global refresh project for stores.

  • Colo space-Setup workstation, assisted with deployment, setup and configuration of Bloomberg software, Printers, and VPN access.

  • Business Continuity- Participated in Idbbank business continuity test for 3 consecutive years, assisted remote users in establishing connection to test environment as well as provide remote desktop and help desk support.

  • UPS data-center refresh- Work with multiple remote team for a mandatory shut down and replacement of data center UPS, Provided on site assistance for remote infrastructure team, was responsible of powering up servers and switched and testing environment to ensure connectivity for the next business day.

  • Polycom upgrade- Worked with senior network engineer to upgrade current conference room camera and software to be compatible with bluejeans as well as using poly-com software for internal video conferencing, responsible for overlooking vendors and testing connections with remote office
