I’m a certified CompTIA A+ Technician with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a concentration in Information Technology. I’ve worked in multiple corporate atmospheres including Big tech, law firms, retail, luxury, manufacturing, constructions, data-centers, back office, banking, branches, and the financial industry and specialize in Customer Services, c-level support, Desktop Support, Help-desk, Break-Fix, Trade floor support, A/V support, remote support, VPN/Citrix support, MDM Mobile Support, Deployments, Migrations and much more.
